1.Hakikisha unapata muda mzuri wa kulala,hasa siku usizo na kazi wala shughuli yoyote,kwani kulala huko kutakupa afya,furaha,unakuwa stressfree,unakuwa more productive and creative too..

2.Upate muda wa kuwa mbali na simu au kifaa chochote cha mawasiliano kitakachofanya akili na mwili kuwa busy tena,maana hapo unataka kuupa pumzisho.so you unplug any social networking devices.

3.Pata wasaa wa kucheza mchezo wowote,huku ukiondoa dhana kuwa michezo ni ya watoto pekee,la hasha hata wewe waweza shiriki  kwa sababu hii maalumu.

4.Jichanganye na marafiki kwa kubadilishana mawazo au kutembelea  wanyama wako uwapendao,kuwapa chakula,kuwasafisha n.k....hii yote ni kuupa mwili nafasi ya kuupumzisha
